WEll were do you think the 19k went into his bank account for reserves I bet it was spend within 2 weeks on the street maybe new car etc. and I would bet that was a first payment default.. this activity was rampant at the time I just had never actually witnessed it sitting in my office in Portland just looking at huds etc you never really see who the buyer is but going to the closing it was Holly S bat man this is bad.

Here in litigious CA, I've heard and witnessed enough stories, both on the sad side as well as the abusive side, to cause me to avoid keeping pool property in my rental portfolio. 

Also Annello Home Inspection, Chris Annello is a former contractor so he knows about repair work and he was an expert witness in the Chinese drywall cases.

I also believe business should be conducted with honesty, loyalty and by not being greedy.I have witnessed and heard stories from investors getting cheated by many PM's in Rochester that would tack on stupid fees on top of maintenance calls.On a few occasions it was proven that no work was even carried out and it was a fake maintenance expense.Its very sad to see these these things happening.Thanks and have a great day.
