@Christian Carson Without reopening the discussion or legal or not--I've been looking for some case law or other examples where a state has imposed or attempted to levy a fine for "wholesaling" via assigning a contract or otherwise.

I see you posted in a thread concerning Christian values in RE, I can only assume we are in agreement as to the ethical issues as well.I'd love to see more leeway, I'm not inclined to sneak around or see how I can cheat the intent of laws.
