Then too, you could easily poison the opinion of the viewers as their taste can easily vary significantly from yours.

It really comes down to what your taste is for real estate.  

That is essentially what it was all about originally,being a great host and giving people a real taste of hawaii or whatever locale it is.

I think she just has to see it work then she we be all for it. l think she has a bad taste in her mouth from this first one, it's just been a lot of slow progress because I work full time and am doing the rehab myself so that could be it, but I like what you said.

Time/the rush to sell, 2. mostly cosmetic things - stark white walls, unfinished walls in a 3-season/hot tub room, bland kitchen that could be made great with some used stainless appliances and new countertops (it is a large kitchen with nice cabinets), and just tasteful staging and decoration.

Finally you have changing tastes of millenials, who often grew up in suburbs but as DINKS prefer urban living. 

It's good you've tried multiple things to get a taste of what it is like but you are all over the map with no true direction. 

It's a chance to be nice to good tenants and have them leave with a good taste in their mouth or maybe nudge a bad one out a little quicker.
