To me it seems a little more professional having a staged property over an empty place that a competitor would be showing, it's more inviting, homey, etc.

So i just paid the 300 had them come out and do swipes and get my papers.

The problem is that the bank I work with raised rates by over one point so I'm looking for competitors.  

In most counties that offer them, you get the highest rate return and you have no auction with competitors.  

Sure there are plenty of houses in Atlanta to look at, but the inventory is going to be slim due to a larger competitor base and many more institutional investors sucking up the homes.  

@Randall WallI haven't personally used any but I know Rebogateway, property radar and RealQuest are competitors.

I know ultimately I could be talking a competitor into investing, but at the same time I wouldn't be benefiting from investments if it wasn't for BiggerPockets.

LP and IC are very similar and direct competitors with each other. both focus only on real estate investors as far as i know. i'd research them both and compare what you get for the money you're spending before you make a decision. there are plenty of threads comparing the two here on BP.
