Sure there are plenty of houses in Atlanta to look at, but the inventory is going to be slim due to a larger competitor base and many more institutional investors sucking up the homes.

LP and IC are very similar and direct competitors with each other. both focus only on real estate investors as far as i know. i'd research them both and compare what you get for the money you're spending before you make a decision. there are plenty of threads comparing the two here on BP.
