I’ve sat down and come up with this plan with our longer term view and our short term attack plan.

I'd suggest doing research in the target market you want to go after and then create a cohesive plan of attack based on your budget and the amount of capital you have access to.   

Also, I don't want this to come off as attacking or anything like that, just want to bring up a different point of view from someone who didn't necessarily struggle to pay rent but may understand those who answered the survey.

Are you rejecting the animal because you have a severe allergy and would be unable to visit the home to collect rent or inspect the property, or maybe you were attacked by an animal as a child and you have a diagnoseable fear of dogs.

Recently there was a law passed in NY that provides a defendant's right to raise a lack of standing defense in a mortgage foreclosure cannot be waived raising the possibility of an attack on a non-appealable FJ. 

There's been nothing to further memorialize or refute this practice other than that the service has been willing to attack regardless of hold time if they feel that the intent was not demonstrated adequately at the beginning.
