You can't buy a 14 x 16 shed  at Shed Hub/ lean it against the concrete block wall and make it into a rental.Accessory structures (shed) must have side and rear property line setbacks of the house:  5feet from one side of the property line, 10 feet from the other side of the property line, and 5 feet fromthe rear property line.

Plumbing & water problems were a real pain in the rear end - I had a property I sold recently with a basement that has water problems not once but three consecutive times (sump failed; then the ejector pump and then there was water leak due to the sidings).

The entire rear addition is unstable and needs to be removed/replaced  (about an 8-foot deep wood staircase with landings and entrances to each of the 4 units, plus extra space for ~60 SF per unit).
