What’s the penalty for politicians who MAKE UP health rules and regulations for the people but not themselves?

Definitely check the CC&Rs and the financial health of the HOA.  

The house does need a cosmetic update (worth around 30K) but the owner is in no rush to move out since she has health issues.

We have been in contact with the daughter of the original grantor who is in poor health and can no longer care for himself.

When COVID pretty much shut that market down he flipped over to renting it to traveling health care workers, so still, short term relatively speaking and not quite as lucrative, but still making more than enough to have a very high positive cash flow each month.If you have the patience to deal with the local government and can get a construction loan for your property, there has to be a fantastic upside potential for short term rentals in a location like SD. 

My father n law is getting older and needs help with his health as he lives alone.

They claimed they had a mental health issue so they deserved the free rent.  

It's a full-day, virtual retreat to set goals in all areas of life (money, career, health, recreation, etc.) and can be done from anywhere.I am not a goal setter.

It has one of the largest universities and health sciences center/hospital in the region, often pretty reasonable prices, and probably potential for cashflow.
