Its just like sitting around a table at a restaurant or bar with some fellow investors and saying " hey guy/girl I was wondering what do you think about this Real Estate situation or deal" and getting different experiences and viewpoints is nice.

I am replacing windows and don’t plan to reinstall the burglar bars.Both tenants have threatened to leave if the bars weren’t  put back up after I replaced 2 windows on each unit...I paid to have them repainted and reinstalled.

I have a multi family across the street from a bar; fully-occupied with great renters and dealing with a bar (empty bottles, loud drunks from time to time) is likely more of a headache than a storage facility.
