IMO, 2 bed 1 bath are superior to 1 bed 1 bath as it allows more flexibility as to rental demographics (people can have a guest bedroom, an office, a kids room, etc.).Sounds like you're looking to build.

Superior way of earning income...and the marketing skills you have learned as a wholesaler transfer nicely to selling RE.

Superior specs (beds, baths, square feet, acres, in-law, large garages with finished space, superior views, etc).I agree that won't be the norm, but a quick look at any of the big real estate websites can give you the entire picture.

You should have a title company perform a preliminary title search, AKA search & hold, to make sure there are no superior liens to the one that is foreclosing.

It also has an internal communication feature although I've not used that aspect:I have used its as a story board to assemble processes and then communicate those processes with context through images of materials and drawings with text box descriptions with arrows and pointers designating useful areas within the story.Conceptboard is relatively easy to learn and once learned offers a superior platform to communicate ideas, concepts, samples, designs, business plans, etc.Personally, I use slack.com to communicate with team members for business only communication.

But as long as you have your blinders on, those deals will pass you but there is TREMENDOUS opportunity in MHPs and they are far superior to apartments in all ways. 

@Jon Patzlsberger It definitely sounds like the township's lien is superior to the mortgage lien.

As for what to read...to be honest...much of the information in these forums is going to be superior to most books.
