Having a RE License and wholesaling

I've been doing wholesaling in the Seattle area and am considering getting my RE license as well. Can having a license get in the way of a wholesaling business in any way?

@Barney Jordan Not a fan of wholesaling in general, but yes...you essentially cut off your nose to spite your face...the upside is that instead of getting assignment fees, you list the property and make a commission...all legit. Superior way of earning income...and the marketing skills you have learned as a wholesaler transfer nicely to selling RE.

That said, I know RE agents that wholesale, but they are kinda bums...no offense.
