Hi, I'm looking for a reputable Tax Accountant who works with international investors to set up and maintain LLC, read some horror stories about the DIY off the internet LLC's which cost investors big time.I contacted Corporate Direct and they are rather costly which I can understand being one of Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Advisors, so I’m hoping to find someone who can offer the same at a more affordable rate considering I’ll be starting our with 1 property a year and that would preferably be a Turnkey option.

I can demo the basement, get everything ready for drain tile, most likely do our own electrical, framing etc. would need a plumber to turn into full bath.

Second, I recommend hiring an electrician and a plumber to do an inspection in addition to a regular inspector.

Sounds like you mostly need a plumber and/or an HVAC contractor (depending on the township, the trade that signs for an HVAC could be a separate HVAC contractor, a plumber, an electrician, or even a general contractor) to apply for permits.

My plumber knows of one that can not, under any circumstances, be tampered with.

I'm thinking I need to find someone to partner with who has some experience to help protect against losing somebody's investment money.For my first deal, I'm looking in the South-East and for approximately a 6-12 unit apartment to start building my reputation and track record. 

You can hire an electrician to install GFCIs, and charge the tenant if they would like.I would have a plumber address the leaks as soon as possible.

If I felt good about the situation with the GF I would sell it and leverage the money into 5-6 nicer turnkeys with a reputable and well vetted company.
