You can use one of the many third party payment providers or have your banker at BofA give you access to ACH debit and you can draft their accounts yourself.

Would love to do 20+ flips this year but don't see that being possible without access to 100% financing through private lenders.

I had access to both a 401 and a 457, amongst a couple other retirement accounts.

I think if you have a HELOC accessible to you that is a great way to pick up an STR that you actually own.
