If a tenant is scheming and tries to accuse you of something, just the mention of the fact that you have your entire visit on camera will probably deter them from pursuing it. 

But, this timing factor, in my opinion, in the grand scheme of things is small compared to the factors of having a really strong offer, call to action, a good story, etc.

Maybe not.Truly, I think this industry has a big and well deserved black eye for get rich quick schemes.

But you have to have some skill and time invested in the bedsheets to curtains scheme.

Financial incentives are low – $1000 incentive payouts aren’t really that much in the scheme of the amount of work involved to process one of these deals. 2nd lienholders in particular can get $3,000, but that’s only marginally more than they are getting today.

This scheme might sell books or tapes/cds, but life insurance companies are not set up to be banks.
