Side note: All three of us are from Mexico so Spanish is our first language; I happen to be the better of the three at speaking English and I do not have a problem making cold phone calls or talking over the phone.

As expected here, we operate in both English and French, but we have also made arrangements with the individuals in two ethnic communities and the local multicultural association to assist us with serving our international student clientele - most of whom speak Arabic, Mandarin, Portuguese, or Spanish.

I told him education is very important, but it has to be the right kind of education, not just English Lit or Philosophy classes.The other point I made to him and others as well is, in all of my dealings with banks and other lenders, not once have I ever been asked if I have a degree, what college did I go to, what kind of grades did I get, etc.

Another catch is you have to live with them this is so the students can be immersed in English so they can better learn it.
