Finished my first real flip and put it on the market recently.

When the lender said they wanted to see his skin in the game he showed all the stuff he had finished plus the land. 

Lot cost is $500K and looking to build these 2 buildings for $400K with an ARV of $1.2M - $1..4M depending on the finish out.Please reply with your recommended Austin area Home builders and General Contractors so I can start the due diligence and bidding process for those interested parties.  

Homes in nicer neighborhoods that produce consistent (albeit lower) cashflow, appreciate and are able to be left as a legacy will be in different neighborhoods and/or markets.I'll finish with a comment on turnkey providers. 

We still have a lot of work to get this across the finish line, but really proud to have gotten to this point.

The goal is to use this as a practice run for more rental properties in the future.We have 30 days to close, and it's going to be tight, but looking forward to finishing the process.

I knew the basics of a subject-to deal but this takes you through all of the steps, start to finish. 

Listing would include high quality exterior & interior renderings, floor plans, description of finishes, plus something like "still time to choose your own counter tops, vanities, colors etc... home under construction and finished Sept."

So I’m red lighted until I finish instructor training.

Full kitchen, and entertainment space layout reconfiguration, all 2 and 1.5 bathrooms including a master bath, and some other projects such as new windows, flooring, tiling, and some other finishes.
