Not sure how important this is in reality.I believe your choice of carrier and "dead zones" will be more important in this.

There are many Insurance carriers that will decline if the house is on fuses rather than circuit breakers.  

There is a slew of these companies who service insurance carriers, corporate interest's, and they do as I mentioned above.
