This will undoubtedly cause noise and involve alterations to the back yard which will make it different from when the existing tenant(s) rented.

Keyword alters are a great tool too, to find out about posts that you are interested in.  

@Michael Smythies - in WA, 90% owner vote is required to alter rental restrictions (there are some caveats to that depending on what is in the existing governing docs).

Be sure to set up keyword alters to get notified of forum conversations with geographies and topics that interest you.  

The title companies I work with don’t send any wire instructions via email anymore, it is all over the phone now because fraudsters can hack your email and intercept/ alter the wire instructions.

It doesn't help that Zillow does not let me alter their rental applications or create my own.

That said, I offered to cover half of the unauthorized costs, and reminded the tenants that alterations/modifications require prior written approval.

Let them know no alterations can be made without your approval and in general you do not approve alterations. 

Even accounting for substantive growth over the next 10 years it's still not going to dramatically alter the US car market, and CERTAINLY not changing the investment outlook of an area that has Oil & Gas business such as Houston.We also have to consider that this is a US-based outlook.
