Rookie BP REI Newbie from Seattle area. Very excited/Motivated

Hey everyone, this is my second time on the BP site since joining a few days ago. AWESOME SITE AND A TON OF INFO. I've been listening to the podcasts on youtube and absolutely love them. Anyhow, I was born and raised in CA and moved to WA about 10 yrs ago when I started my career. My job has nothing to do with REI but everything to do with working with people. I am very much a people person. I am in my early 30's and have a good paying job yet I feel like I need something more and am tired of feeling like I live paycheck to paycheck. I am very motivated to get into the REI industry and grow my wealth exponentially for my family and I. I've been reading up on REI as much as possible recently and feel kind of overwhelmed by it all :) I'm sure that is normal. I am in Seattle everyday for work and live up north about 40 miles away. I'm planning on moving back to CA in a year or two and want to get this journey on REI going. Owning property all over the US sounds exciting and there are no borders for me. I used to work in the airline industry and know there are a ton of good deals across the country. Anyhow, if any of you have any input, referrals etc. or just want to have a fellow REI partner in this journey send me a message. I've messaged a few of you already who I saw were local and near Seattle. I believe several minds working together, forming friendships and sharing ideas ,creates great success in life. I have no REI properties as of yet and am still trying to familiarize myself with the zero to no money down methods. Hope to hear from my new friends and welcome any input you all. I'm here for you guys too if you need assistance or want to share information. Believe me, ANY information from ANYONE is beneficial to me :)Take Care!
