just make sure the management company is not evolve or vacasa or similar. get a real one with a good reputation and that reviews go to you and not the mgmt company. but realistically, you dont start be because you want one. if throwing hundreds of thousands at something, you start with deep diving into the issues, the area, the market and a lot of other stuff.to me, you are starting too late for the winter season. people have already been booking ahead for winter and by the time you are purchased, furnished and up and running and being new you will likely miss out. focusing on expenses to me is the wrong Focus.
