Hello everyone. I'm really excited on getting started in the real estate game. A little about me; I'm 25 and two months newly married to my beautiful wife Christina. She is a singer/song writer and I am a contractor working for my dads construction company. (Nick's Construction) I've been doing this for 10 years now and feel that I know the market, but being recently married I don't have much cash. So I have a few questions. 1. How do I find a private investor? 2. Should I go for a HML? 3. What would it cost me to do this? 4. Anyone willing to mentor me? Or how do I find a mentor? Thank you
