I want to get some advice regarding hiring of contractors/handyman(woman), I have been looking for a few weeks and haven't been able to find anyone willing to take on a job. 

I got a lead today from a woman who received a judgement for back due Child Support in the State of Texas. 

The woman’s google-fu is strong. 

The people at the title company told us that a woman took out a mortgage on this home recently.

It'll help down the road when you do not want to remodel but you'll know what needs to be done and a contractor can't try to fool you just because you're a woman. 

Their Door S are busted Hmmm not sure if burglars would break two doors and not steal anything My guess the woman locked the man out and he broke in while drunk 

I am a woman and definitely feel like he takes advantage of that fact.

Maybe if you’re a guy, “comfort” would be enough to get you to stay, but as a woman who has felt threatened herself, I would never try to convince someone to stay in a dangerous situation.

I recently visited a property in berks county pa, and the woman selling her house wanted 25k for it.

The property was owned by an older woman who recently passed away.
