End of July 2018 and beginning of August 2018 the property had minor electrical work, deep clean throughout and large amount vegetation cut in the yard, twice, within 8 days of each other.

We are doing a lot of things to head off problems and frustrations form the start, like opting for lots of extra insulation to help to soundproof, and creating private outside spaces with fencing and vegetation.

They are growing flowers and vegetable gardens, seeding the lawn and doing significant work on the landscape at all of our buildings.

The vegetation, and the mountains near lampasas river and HW 281 look the same to me. 

The old Verdelli Farms vegetable factory that was in Hummelstown f o r e v e r was abandoned years ago and torn down. 

They supply both protein and carbohydrates.  

I also saw a desire for HOA protection from junky cars up on blocks in the front yard, but much looser restrictions so that people could do what they wanted without a lot of interference, such as chicken coops, 4H projects, vegetable gardens, barndominiums, etc.

Wherever you have vegetation or things that break up the falling water, and/or the water flows AWAY from the foundation, doesn't pool, it's usually fine.

You will not touch any of the equipment or vegetation as this is a working farm.3.
