Ybor has been up and coming for years, so much to do around great Cuban food, trolleys, new bars.

Personal opinion.. a couple restaurants/bars, a general convenience store, and a CVS/Rite-Aid would make a huge difference to foot traffic and a neighborhood feel.

Which makes it a good candidate for medium term rental, it includes a pool and tiki bar as well We r planning to buy another primary Residence under both our names or my wife's name  using FHA .

Also add a large TV (75" are cheap nowadays) a bunch of chairs and a bar.

I can look to see if there are bars on windows, graffiti everywhere, how well people care for their lawns, etc.

That is a pretty low bar to clear.

In contrast, 144 hours seems pretty dang low a bar. 

Should I put in special tubs/showers or just hand bars, and provide a shower seat?
