She has lived with us a very short time (4 months) and leaves dishes in the sink, burns incense (had to be asked twice to stop), cleaned the shared bathroom once after being asked, and has never bought any paper products as indicated on her roommate agreement.

The "house contribution" goes to all communally used items such as trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, coffee, etc. 

They come furnished with everything down to the dishes. 

And tben, dishes and utensils need to be rinsed with fresh HOT water.

I like the idea of putting up a price list for the dish clothes or other items. 

About a week ago my tenant called telling me her sink was getting clogged after washing dishes.
