The biggest most obvious surveillance camera plus a nice sign pointing to it.

I had one bad instance early on, but AirBnB paid me out on it, but have been clear in my messaging...have ring cameras at all entrances (and make sure this is clear in the listing) and then let my guests enjoy themselves. 

As for having more guests than stated, we use Ring doorbell cameras and have someone monitoring when the guest checks in. 

Say 500’Put up Cameras....high quality vandal deterrent cameras that cover each other.

If you can find them on Facebook, send them a private FB message that says the same thing.Put a battery-operated deer camera in an inconspicuous place at the end of Day 10, so you can have proof if they come back.

There’s a new company in the US that produces them as electric vehicles, they have back up cameras, are street legal, Bluetooth radio, etc.

If you all don't move in I'd install locks on the doors to empty rooms with cameras you can monitor remotely, you don't want them moving in any extra people or having extra space to damage.  

They also know how to do the whole advanced security systems thing, like installing smart tech, cameras, and sensors, to keep your place safe.

I really like it and you can do a lower quality version right from your phone if you dont have the matterport camera.
