I know about CraigslistI posted properties on craigslist and have gotten alot of Spam and many buyers who are not serious.From my experience, the yellow letters do work, you just have to play larger numbers.

in my experience, the best way to build a buyer's list is to actually have deals. over the last few years, investors have been getting spammed with crap deals.

For peter I saw the pricing for godaddy domain and it was like $10 I think and same for the email, I will make sure to update to a private account because I do not want to be spammed :) I also found another company called gotvmail and it looks awesome, whoever hasn't heard of it check it out

There is no way currently, I believe to avoid spamming via PM's.
