But if you're shocked and/or dismayed by the goings-on in the housing court (and not to scare you, but be prepared for it), you will really need to do some serious soul-searching about whether or not this "investment" is the best way to deploy your hard-earned $$.

We originally envisioned allowing the property to pay itself off and building apartments in the future when sewer comes to town, but we're still nervous this property may suck the life out of our souls.  

That last sentence seemed to simmer down her angry soul. lol

I never knew how much her crying about not having money for bills and school items for us hit my soul until I did this work.

Posting this response to help and warn wandering souls. 

There are people out there who will sell their soul for money and destroy other's livelihood.

She has 4 units left but is not trusting DST's.For those poor souls that invested in hotels during covid and were expecting income got to take an income vacation.

I am sure there are a few genuinely happy souls in hell.
