I think new investors heavily overlook the skill component needed to successfully pull off a renovation to then rent out properly.

However, you need the temperament/skills to pull it off.

I find it disturbing how many "business models" are all about suckering people into buying and even use skillful wording to deceive people into signing up.

Hey @Patrick Braswell  You shouldn't have any issues getting a DSCR loan as long as you have at least 1 borrower who owns 20 to 25% of the property, or if a couple of you can get to that level combined.
