You could also try door knocking, cold calling, text messages, RVM, SEO etc.Attend your local REIA meetings to find out what is working best in your market right now.Hope this helps!

In order to get off market properties, you need to get a solid website, work on SEO and credibility and nurture it to the top ranking on google.Once you do that everything will automatically fall in place.I skipped a few details here and there but you catch the drift.
