My wife will manage the property so that 10% will come back to us as cashflow.ProblemsThe only problem that we currently face is the property has existing tenants who are on month to month but have been there for 5+ years each.

The problem you face is not the number of entities, but the business relationship between you and your brother. 

A couple major issues you are likely going to face is the size of your request and whether or not your 1st will allow a 2nd. 

I have one right now where the consumer called me with a sad face: "I have a credit score of 673, what would my rate be?"

And yet his pretty little face is at the bottom of the page asking us to register....
