I've logged over 30 hours of phone time with their "management" trying to resolve the issue.

We've had to resolve BB issues at least 20 times in the past decade.

It did seem like a problem that just affected my account, which they have now resolved.

Do you have any solutions or similar issues you've faced, and how did you resolve them?

Hopefully they can assist as you suggested Steve....or at least put me in touch with someone at Mosaic who has a higher level of authority to get this resolved.
