I've been a long time lurker and my new year's resolution was to start posting on BP and actively participating in the discussion.By way of an introduction, while new here on BP I've been an investor since 2009, and since then I've had the change my real estate strategies three times including: short sale buy/sell to short sale rehab to buying directly from sellers and rehabbing and finally wholesaling from sellers.

I downloaded Camtasia which worked out fine but when I uploaded my video to Viemo it came out with poor resolution.

Although I wanted written agreements I did not push hard enough on the house especially for fast resolution.

July 2, 1776 was the day the resolution to become free from Great Britain’s royal crown was passed.

When they're nuts, you can't hope for that kind of resolution; all you can do is protect yourself the best you can and try to deflect their energy to somewhere harmless.

As you can see on page 11 under "Loan Resolution" the company focuses on loan modifications to protect their servicing revenue and avoid expenses involved with default/REO.
