Did they have to do ozonation treatments or any other extreme odor remediation?

LVP is the go-to product.I assume there's a significant cat odor.

Contact the tenant and let them know of the odor.

Easier to maintain, doesn't hold bad odors and likely more appealing to most tenants.

I got one a few weeks ago and it works on odors.  

Recently, I noticed an odor when I went to help fix something and the upstairs tenants are complaining of the smell entering the hallway.
