This is why I 100% will take these tenant/buyer cases and squeeze bad actors out of the industry. 

There are ways to insulate yourself from bad actors and as time goes by we have fewer and fewer issues.

I have been shopping around but afraid that I will switch our one bad actor for another.

Because not ALL wholesaler are bad actors, nor are we acting as realtors without a license.

Furthermore, they will not take down deliberately malicious reviews.

Unfortunately the few bad tenants are the ones we generally hear about, not the multitude of good ones...like I myself was for my LL.So I'm sure there will be impacts, and I'm sure there will be bad actors, but legislation like this doesn't suddenly overnight create an implosion in an entire industry.

With comp sci background, I tend to care about data privacy and such but then again, thinking practically most guest won't have a malicious intent.

People can be great actors and seem very different from who they really are.
