Until robots can actually go to the property, go inside and see it, touch it, smell it etc. there will be risk of estimates being way off and losing money as an investor if you rely on an app.

So at this point, no, you cannot pass the cost on to the consumer - this would place you above market rent and you will lose money through vacancy.

@Olivia Blake how much money will you potentially lose by strong-arming a tenant and then having them break the lease early - or even just not renew?
