The end goal is to have something so we can leave behind even after the rehab is done. 1) change out locks when key is missing; Kwikset smart key, it can re-key seem to work fine.2) security system (monitoring or just stand alone) Camera would be nice.

sold that place too.Make friend with the neighbors, secure the property, carry insurance, and be conscience of the crime in the area, will go a long way to reducing your odds of break ins.Also don't leave tools or other valuables at the property, and only order materials as you need them.Steve Babiak, we used to use double cylinder deadbolts on properties but a PA locksmith told me that there was a state law making them illegal.

There were only 2 offices then and they were starving.Most of the realtors manage properties on the side for extra money, or even have small jobs on the side, one is a locksmith, runs some cattle, etc.
