The others have had their host of issues (none roof-related from what I learned in conversations with them).It appears they used some sort of metal instead of the more common ice storm shields used today and they just didn’t use enough or it’s failing.

If you winterize properly there is no risk of future dmages in regards to plumbing and whatnot...Only issue may be ice dams in gutters which could lead to possible roof damge...You should be totally fine though

That is well vetted. 4 years of vetting in court and legal system dictates well vetted. 20+ is icing on the cake.

Its an "over-deliver" icing on the cake type of thing that breeds huge loyalty!

Appreciation is good but make it the icing on the cake.

So, even when it seems overwhelming to become a "real estate investor," owning a home can be a great way to break the ice. 

Kinda like having one foot in a bucket of boiling water, the other in ice water, and on average, you are comfortable!
