I would caution you with searching for lenders as those that don't follow a draw process or will lend on anything may not actually be a lender and trying to scam you.

Here are just some of my notes: 1) Using RentRedi to post my properties did not give me an option to save the lead photo, and this is HUGE because it is the first photo/thumbnail that shows on the listings in Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.

So if you had 20 of them, you're talking about a huge retirement kicker that you can build.If you're up there higher in age (i.e. 40's or 50's), then the long play doesn't make as much sense.
