Kind of reminds me of repossessing a car.. you dont pay they come and hook up to it and haul it off :) same thing here you have no right to be there and you get booted out.

They will not accept items such as paper diapers, toys, sanitary napkins, tampon applicators, balls of hair, grease, table scraps (if no garbage disposal), clothing, rags, sand, dirt, newspapers, or similar items.

We've seen a large influx of OOS investors over the last few years due to the low price points and ability to actually cashflow, while still seeing appreciation over the long haul (I don't think many primary markets check all three of those boxes with the current state of the economy).
