With you never seeing the inside I'm hoping the land itself without the structure or the cost to tear it down and haul it away is still a good deal.

Kind of reminds me of repossessing a car.. you dont pay they come and hook up to it and haul it off :)  same thing here you have no right to be there and you get booted out.

They will not accept items such as paper diapers, toys, sanitary napkins, tampon applicators, balls of hair, grease, table scraps (if no garbage disposal), clothing, rags, sand, dirt, newspapers, or similar items.
