For a water heater replacement (40-50 gallon), you should be able to get a replacement all-in cost for about $1200-1300

I had the same issue at one of my newest properties no tenant is using 1300$ worth of water you have a faulty meter they said a house that was empty was using 280 gallons a day I told them their was no way !!

We all have a better chance of dying in our cars going to buy a gallon of milk than corona.

You made 4 years of rent off of them, get 5 gallons of paint for $70 at HD and pay a handyman a couple of hundred to paint.

I know a deep fryer is one of those things you never know what can happen.This is pretty small so I figured someone might add one as a bonus without having one that is a gallon!

I am surprised they havent put a limit per person. for those with noses full of dust, i strongly reccomend a neti pot, get distilled water in gallon jugs and the special neti pot powder mixture, it cleans all the junk out of your nose and sinuses.

I believe the city of Allentown will require it anyway, but I have heard horror stories, fiction or non, about oil companies having the wrong address or doing a routine fill-up that was never canceled, and dumping gallons upon gallons in to basements with no tank.
