I suggest you re-enlist and request a transfer to wherever you want to end your Military Career at.

You may consider enlisting a friend to become your ‘property manager’.

There are good reasons that you should enlist the assistance of a good Real Estate Agent when searching for properties.I just bought my own house and there was a ton of paperwork involved in both the Real Estate portion and the Finance portion.

I'm sure there were probably people, both enlisted and civilian that got he boot down there.

We started with a lower enlisted income so the duplex was certainly a great way to get into the game for less expense.

Considering something like 50% of ITIN applications are denied each year, it's advisable to enlist a professional to help.Also, if you are outside of the US, have you considered that you have to mail in original source documents, not copies.
