It's a 1972 ranch with a superb location with elevation and views of almost the whole west valley of Phoenix and specifically downtown.

There is also a monthly meetup at Twisted Track Brew Pub in downtown Roanoke on the last Thursday of each month.

A lot of my friends and other new grad young professionals seem to congregate in areas like Midtown and lower Manhattan or in Williamsburg/Bushwick and Downtown Brooklyn.I know house hacking isn't impossible in NYC, but my most ideal areas with people my age and high traffic are also everyone else's ideal places to live, and are much harder to house hack.

I love the location with it being so close to downtown Gilbert, I think I would have a hard time selling it.Long-term I would like to build a portfolio that generates cash flow, likely by moving every couple years or so and incorporating the same strategy as above.

My only recommendation for Winnipeg is to avoid the downtown area.
