Brand yourself, get your own domain and brand yourself from the start (legally- you still need to list your broker).This is not a full list but this should keep you busy for a month or more and they are important but not urgent things all new Realtors should be doing but rarely do or they do it half A**.

Do you need an LLC, webpage, business cards, domain name, is business credit important, etc?  

Also, Pflugerville has plans to have a new domain waaaay in the future.

Some criteria we are looking for: Price of $350k or less, a townhome, or low HOA condo, or single family home, areas of North Burnet (Domain) or East Austin, close to future development or current public transport options, no/minimal renovations required to be rentable.Our goal would be to rent the property out to long term tenants.

So the story began, writing business plans, building websites, buying domain names and doing photo shoot etc, all the while, without proper use of my hands, legs.
