I honestly don’t think Powell could have done any better over these crazy last 4 years, and honestly almost any other fed chair would have done significantly worse imo.

They have decently nice pieces from kitchen tables/chairs to dressers and beds and sometimes we even find couches or rugs.  

Granted, there was a hurricane, but even without that I've had several busted screens this year from guests pushing a chair through it or some rugrat running up against it, where you didn't have any way of proving anyone specifically damaged it so the cost is on you. 

Now the question is: the leasing director has no idea if they have a copy of the tenant ID and didn't know if they have a w9 or not.

If I did theater chairs I could probably do 4 wide with bean bags out front
