Tenants understand that the owner or PM has the right to periodically inspect the dwelling and if it is found that the tenant is destroying the home the Section 8 office can be contacted and the benefits will be placed at risk along with possible eviction.  

I like a having a list of forums I like the most but my inbox is getting destroyed from all the notifications that someone posted a new thread.What I would love to do is turn off email notifications for certain followed forums and leave it on for one or two.Or an idea for BP is if you could set it to send one email a day or every few hours with links to all the posts in your followed forums :) 

I wouldn't recommend universities because your investment may get destroyed.

People think that if they can go it alone they can improve their margins and costs.Unfortunately, this backfires more often than not and I have stories for days (as I'm sure many other providers do) about investors that get absolutely destroyed going it solo.
