It is very powerful and customizable.

I use other forums where there is a * next to the topic if it is one you have posted to.Font size - why is this not a customizable option?

Sponsors cannot customize the fees based on investors and there is no ability to fractionalize the individual investments.I believe the future of the industry is customizable funds. 

Excel is highly customizable so I can create any summaries or reports I want.

Customizable scripts and a call tree if tenants still have problems.

Would a pre-written customizable one for $500-1000 be necessary?

Cozy's might be customizable too...I just haven't checked.

It seems that some are looking to help fill units as their go to, some are working the maintenance angle (having vendors that are part of it) and others have add ons.I am revising what I would love to have in an app/software1)   Online applications and credit checks 2) Online payment (reasonable fees)3) Automatic late fees etc.4) Customizable lease ability with online signing5) Unit info tracking (repairs, purchases, paint colors, etc)6) Maintenance request system with photo ability7) basic accounting entries-  mortgage, utilities, supplies, etc) So far i haven't been able to find all of that. 

Basically I’m looking for a set it and forget it company with great customizable templates!

My main complaint so far is that it doesn't look like it has any customizability.
