Free property accounting software?
Does anyone know of a good, free tool to use for keeping track of property finances?
Thanks in advance!

I'm amazed at how challenging it is to really get rental property accounting right. I have tried Quickbooks and Xero in the past, and had a lot of trouble with both in just setting things up cleanly. And I pay for those.
Following this thread. If you find something, we will be sure to let the whole BiggerPockets audience know about it.
As far as I know, if you want free accounting for your rental property business, you use Microsoft Excel.
