If you do the way you wanted, it will created cascade effects.

I drove through the West End yesterday and it wasn't as bad as I've heard, even further down Cascade Ave, there seems to be some new renovations going in along there as well as a couple restaurants.

I went with a generic sounding s-corp with 2 names like the PE and fin svc co's do (Berkshire Hathaway,  Merryll Lymch) and(we are near the Cascade Mtns, so i put Cascade in the 2nd name). 

If you are looking to go on the cheap Cascade Windows will do fine.

But i still think there is a lot of potential in the Cascade, Donnelly and New Meadows market.

Another big company developed Konocti Riveria's  they at least put in paved roads and water but not enough water capacity to build out and all the lots need septic and many don't perc... so that was an issue.then you have Boise Cascade comes in and builds Hidden Valley lake following their theme of big development private lake golf course etc.. think Lake Wildwood  etc Boise built 27 of those up and down the Seirra water sheds..

What would happen if we close on it with title insurance and there's a large lien or such that comes out of nowhere or a cascade of ones in various stages?

Most of the time, its just a little masonry and hydraulic paint sealing to maintain inside, and sealing outside, ensuring water is being directed away from the house and not pooling, and that water isn't 'cascading down the building somewhere due to clogged gutters.
