Once you start marketing the property to your buyers you can broadcast to them that you have a letter from the Title company confirming that the title is good.

Capital Broadcast owns 26 going on 35 of those Mill Houses.

From what I hear on the broadcasts and the limited amount of reading makes me worry about not meeting timelines and going broke.

I found that B-1 allows a broadcasting station as a conditional use.

I've considered daisy chaining another wireless router to broadcast two SSID's to separate him from my files, but his activity still traces back to my name.

Also, maybe don't broadcast tax evasion on the Internet?
