market seems healthy ...doesn't  appear to be blazing hot  by any means ...renting should be relatively easy

Does anyone have Comps or an estimated value for a duplex in zip-code 32901, walking distance to the historic downtown area, exactly 1 mile west or a 20 min. walk to Hell 'n Blazes Brewing Co  (Unit A is 2 bed/ 1 bath and Unit B is 1 bed/ 1 bath), about 1300 - 1544 sqft based on the survey provided (I haven't measured the higher value includes the garage sqft). 

Definitely don't want to try and blaze the trail in case law. 

Uncomfortably cold in the winter and blazing hot in the summer.

Some small extras like finding potential places for them to move to or paying them a small amount of money(few hundred dollars) is smarter then going in guns blazing.

so don't go in there with guns blazing until you've gotten to know that community's "posting culture" and what people do/don't want to hear about.

Building respect over time (vs. guns blazing in your first 10 posts regarding one of the most polarizing topics on BP) goes a long way in generating a more favorable reply.
